Stellar Healthcare is a Nepal-based healthcare company and the official importer and distributor of Aurelderma dermatology products. Our website is stellarhealthcare.com.np.
What Data We Collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily contact us:
- WhatsApp enquiries — your phone number and the message you send are transmitted
directly to our WhatsApp Business account via the
wa.melink. We do not intercept or store this conversation on our servers. - Direct email — if you email us at aurelderma.np@gmail.com, your name and email address are visible in the email thread.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, approximate geography, device types). Analytics data is anonymised and does not identify you personally. No tracking cookies are set for advertising purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We use contact information solely to respond to your product enquiry. We do not:
- sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
- store WhatsApp messages outside of WhatsApp

Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. WhatsApp message history is managed within WhatsApp's own retention settings.
